DeScheduled Terms of Service
Effective date: July 24, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and DeScheduled ("we," "us") covering your use of the DeScheduled app and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
What DeScheduled is — and isn't
DeScheduled is a scheduling and reminder tool designed to support adults with ADHD and executive-function challenges. It helps you decide when to do the things you choose.
It is not a medical device, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional care. DeScheduled does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, or fitness advice. Schedules and reminders the app builds are organizational suggestions based on what you tell it. For health decisions, talk to a qualified professional.
Your account
You need an account (Google or Apple sign-in) to use the app, and you must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Subscriptions and billing
- Some features require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Apple handles all payment processing and refunds under its own terms — we never see your payment details.
- For billing questions — cancellations, refunds, charges you don't recognize — contact Apple directly at support.apple.com/billing or in your App Store account settings. We can't process refunds or change your billing; Apple is the merchant of record. For anything else, we're at support@descheduled.com.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it; no using it to violate the law or others' rights; no reselling it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Your content
The schedules, tasks, and messages you create are yours. You give us the limited license needed to operate the Service — to store, process (including through our AI providers, as described in the Privacy Policy), and display your content back to you. We claim no other rights to it.
AI-generated content
Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to interpret what you write and to draft schedules. AI output can be imperfect or wrong. Review anything important — the Service organizes your commitments, but you remain responsible for them (don't rely on it as your only alarm for something critical).
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for missed appointments, deadlines, or other outcomes arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the Service (or your access) for breach of these terms, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
Changes
We may update these terms; if we make material changes we'll update the effective date above and tell you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
