DeScheduled
DeScheduled is an iOS app that builds a realistic daily schedule from plain-language input, sends transition alerts you can always skip or snooze, and repairs the rest of your day when plans slip. It is designed for adults with ADHD and executive-function challenges.
What the app does
- Turns everyday sentences — "work Mon–Fri 9 to 5", "gym Mon/Wed/Fri at 6" — into a day built around your real anchors, energy peaks and sleep schedule.
- Sends gentle transition alerts with warm-up and wrap-up buffers, always skippable and always snoozable.
- Leaves missed items honestly open — no streak resets, no overdue badges, no shame mechanics.
- Keeps your schedule on your device rather than on our servers.

DeScheduled uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google so there is no password to create. Signing in with Google gives DeScheduled your email address and a basic profile identifier, and nothing else — it is used to identify your account so your schedule follows you between devices.
